- If you are facing issue while watching videos online, check your internet connection. If your online videos is buffering for the long time, upgrade your internet connection. Start your modem again to enhance internet speed.
- Update your media player. From the start menu, launch “Windows Media Player.” Hit on the help tab menu and choose “Check for Updates.”
- If your media player gets corrupted, install default media player again. Frequent crashes, failure to launch the program and error message are some of the common signs of a corrupt media player. Go to the “Control Panel” and then click on “Add or Remove Programs” two times. Hit on your media player once and choose “Change/Remove.” Set up the installation CD or direct to the website to download a clean version of medial player.
- Update the driver for display adapter. Hit on “start” and choose “Run.” Type “devmgmt.msc” sans the quotes and hit “Enter.” It will present your Device Manager. Roll down the list and hit on the “+” sign adjacent to “Display Adapters.” Right click on your display adapter and hit “Update Driver Software.”
- If you are using graphics/video card, update the video controllers. Hit on the “+” sign adjacent to “Video, sound and game controllers” present on your Device Manager. On your video controller, just right click it and select “Update Driver Software.”
